What is collected
This website only collects the information you send yourself through the enquiry form: your name, company, email address, phone number if you provide one, the address of your current website if you provide one, and the message you write.
Nothing else about your visit is recorded beyond the server logs described below.
The enquiry form
The form runs through Netlify Forms. When you send an enquiry the information is stored with Netlify and I receive an email letting me know it arrived.
Netlify runs automated spam filtering on submissions. The form also contains a hidden field intended for bots rather than people.
When we correspond by email, that correspondence is stored in my mailbox with Google (Gmail).
Server logs
Netlify, which hosts the site, records technical information about requests in server logs, such as IP address and browser details. This is part of normal server operation and security.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no cookies.
No analytics service is installed. There is no Google Analytics, no social media pixel and no advertising tracking.
Fonts are hosted on the site itself, so your browser makes no requests to an external font service when you view the site.
How long
I keep enquiries for as long as they are relevant and while we are in contact. You can ask at any time for your enquiry to be deleted.
Processors
Netlify hosts the site and receives enquiries.
Google (Gmail) handles email.
No information is passed on to anyone else and nothing is sold.
Your rights
You can ask what information I hold about you, have it corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Simply email the address below.
Changes
If I add analytics or another service that collects information, this page will be updated at the same time.
